The wood's natural oils work as nature's own protector, resisting bacteria and fungi without any chemicals or additives. Patiently air-dried for 3-6 months using traditional methods, each board develops a surface that is remarkably kind to your blades and sheds water effortlessly.

Dishwasher ×

• Wet with water before each use to prevent food odors and oil from soaking into the wood
• Hand wash with a sponge or tawashi scrubber and wipe dry with a clean cloth
• Air dry completely before storing
• Do not let it soak in water for long periods of time
• Do not leave in direct sunlight
• Never use bleach
