Crafted from 18-8 stainless steel in Tsubame-Sanjo, a district in Niigata Prefecture renowned for high quality metalworking and cutlery manufacturing, its durable construction makes maintenance effortless and simple. Cool-touch resin handle and knob stay comfortable to grip, while the dual pouring spouts work seamlessly for both left and right-handed cooks with clean, drip-free pours. The rotating lid lets you release steam to prevent boiling over, and doubles as a strainer for hassle-free draining.
