Kaico Sauce Pot

Designed by Makoto Koizumi and produced at Kaico’s Tokyo workshop in Sumida Ward, this double-handled sauce pot tackles everything from simmering curries and soups to cooking down batches of jams and fruit compotes. The enamel-coated steel body resists odors and stains, keeping cleaning simple and hassle-free. Its wide base distributes heat evenly, while the gently curved pouring spout delivers drip-free transfers each time. The maple wood knob remains cool to the touch, letting you lift the lid safely and quickly whenever you need to check on your cooking progress without reaching for a mitt—a small detail that makes a real difference when you’re managing multiple pots on the stove.
