Kaico Pasta Pot

Designed by Makoto Koizumi and produced at Kaico’s Tokyo workshop in Sumida Ward, this double-handled pot streamlines every step of pasta preparation. Built from enamel-coated steel, it features a removable 18-8 stainless steel strainer with drainage holes that release water without letting a single noodle escape. The strainer’s handles stay upright for easy lifting and serving. A wide base ensures even and quick heat distribution, while the gently curved pouring spout prevents messy drips during transfers. Whether you’re boiling pasta, steaming vegetables, or simmering dashi broths, this pot handles it all with ease.
