Frying Pan JIU - Deep M

Crafted through a partnership between Tokyo's Tent Design Studio and Osaka's Fujita Metal MFG, the Jiu iron pan is a versatile ware that handles all your cooking needs—searing juicy meats, roasting crunchy vegetables, and simmering soup or stew. The design works equally well on the stovetop, in the oven, and on your table, making entertaining seamless and simple. Made from 1.6mm mill scale steel, the pan heats evenly and maintains warmth throughout your meal. The specially developed tempering process naturally resist rust and sticking for easy use and maintenance. Pairs with Jiu's wooden handle and felt trivet coaster.

• Rinse with warm water while the pan is still warm, place over a gentle flame until completely dry
• Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the pan and wipe thoroughly with a paper towel
• Not recommended to use dish soap to preserve the seasoning on the surface
• Wooden cooking tools are recommended
• Do not let it soak in water for long periods of time
• Do not store food on the pan (especially acidic and salty food) as it may cause rusting
• Use oven mitts or JIU wooden handles when handling hot pans
• Using cleansers and metal scrubbers may cause scratches and peeling
