Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We ship all U.S. orders via UPS, Monday through Friday during our regular business hours. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional handling and shipping time during the holiday season. Shipping costs will be calculated in accordance with the total dimensional weight of your order, destination, and applicable state and/or local taxes. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
SF76 currently ship only within the United States. We are unable to accept international orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All orders are packed and shipped from our store in San Francisco. Although we will try our best to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner, shipping time may vary depending on the the distance to destination, weather, holidays, or carrier-specific issues that are beyond our control. Once a package is shipped we are not liable for any delays, and damaged or lost products. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, unwashed with the tags intact, and in its original packaging
- All items must be purchased originally from our store website at sf76-store.com (items purchased in-store must be returned to the original store)
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Original receipts must be included
All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery
To start a return, please contact us at info@sf-76.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to post on your account after the refund has been processed.

DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For all damaged items, please document and take pictures for us to review.
EXCEPTIONS + NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are final sale such as jewelry, books, and food items. We also do not accept returns for personal care goods and grooming products such as brushes and nail clippers. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURN SHIPPING METHOD
Customers may choose their preferred return shipping method. However, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments that are sent without tracking.
